Metabolic Health Reset

Metabolic health is crucial for overall well-being and preventing chronic diseases, yet 93% of American adults are metabolically unhealthy. Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) is an effective tool to track real-time blood glucose levels, offering insights into how food, exercise, and lifestyle choices impact metabolic health. The Metabolic Health Reset Program takes a comprehensive, multi-phase approach to improving metabolic health. By integrating data from CGM, body composition analysis, lab tests, and expert nutritional guidance, participants gain the tools and knowledge needed to make lasting health changes. At the end of the 3-month program, participants will have a clear understanding of how their habits affect metabolic health and a sustainable action plan for long-term wellness.
